Before contacting us

• Check that the app is up to date.
• Check the selected language and units.
• Check dimensions, shape and material.
• Restart the app if a purchase or ad status has not updated.

Calculations

Results are practical aids. Critical dimensions, lifting setups, loads, safety requirements and site conditions must always be checked before work begins.

Premium is not shown

Make sure you are signed in with the same Google Play account or Apple Account used for the purchase and that the device is online. Then restart the app. The platform may need a little time to verify purchase status.

Ads

The free version may show ads. Premium removes ads once the purchase is confirmed.

History and settings

History, notes and settings are stored locally and may be lost if app data is deleted or the app is uninstalled.

Report an issue

Include app version, phone model, operating system, language, units, feature used, entered values, expected result and actual result.
