How to use it
Choose rectangle, circle, L-shape, triangle, trapezoid or free form. Enter the geometry, thickness and material.
Inputs
Enter maximum piece weight and safety margin. The default margin is 10%. For an L-shape, the notch must be smaller than the outer dimensions.
Results
The result shows piece count, total weight and the heaviest piece. Depending on shape, it also shows marking positions, cut-to-cut distances, piece weights and a drawing of the proposed division.
Concrete Cutter
The division is a calculation proposal. Lifting path, centre of gravity, reinforcement, anchoring and site conditions still require a separate assessment.
